• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Use the Platform for spam or unsolicited communications

4.1 Subscription Plans

EZYTV offers various subscription plans with different features and code limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, BTCPay)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:

• Service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
• Duplicate charges due to technical errors
• Within 7 days of initial purchase if the service does not function as advertised

Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form with relevant details.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

The EZYTV platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Platform. By using EZYTV, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data solely for providing the Service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 No Warranty

EZYTV IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• EZYTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any third-party services, content, or actions

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EZYTV, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content or services you provide through third-party IPTV connections
• Any illegal activity conducted through your account

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period
• No refunds will be provided for unused time
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted

8.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• We receive a valid legal complaint regarding your activities
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of EZYTV after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For material changes, we will provide 30 days notice via email.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EZYTV regarding the use of the Platform.
